Therapy offers a space to pause and make sense of what’s going on for you. A space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold everything together.

We can work together to understand what you’re carrying, where it comes from, and what might help things feel more manageable and sustainable in your life and relationships.

I have been engaged in my own therapeutic journey for over 15 years, and have been running my private practice for nine. My work is shaped by both my professional training and my ongoing personal therapy, and over the years I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and stages of life.

I work face-to-face from my office in Ipswich, and also offer online or telephone sessions where that is more accessible or practical.

Fees
​
Individuals £70 per 50 minute session.
​
I have 2 weekly concessionary sessions available for those on a low income. I run a waiting list if these sessions are full.
